If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Delivery charges are based on the shipping weight of items ordered. Estimated delivery time differs between products and ranges from 3 business days – 2 weeks.
In-stock: All areas serviced by couriers will have a delivery time of 3-5 business days. Other areas will take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
Pre-order: Delivery time for pre-ordered/customised items is 1-2 weeks.

We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication. We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be priced incorrectly, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.
We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
At Peekaboo Patterns, we want you to be happy and over-the-moon about your purchase. However, in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, and especially since we deal with products for children, we have a strict No Return policy due to safety and hygiene issue.
However, Peekaboo Patterns reserves the right to accept requests for returns/exchange at its discretion. For a product to be eligible for a return, the item must be in a saleable condition received in, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging along with the receipt and proof of purchase.
Soiled, used or damaged items will not be accepted. If we receive damaged returns, customer will not be credited.
To initiate a return, please contact email@example.com. On acceptance of your return, you will be sent a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent to us without a return shipping label will not be accepted. Online order cannot be returned to the store without return authorization.
Return requests have to be sent within 48 hours of receipt of product.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and intimate you on if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please do check with your bank/credit card company if you haven’t received the refund with 7-14 business days.
