At Peekaboo Patterns, we want you to be happy and over-the-moon about your purchase. However, in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, and especially since we deal with products for children, we have a strict No Return policy due to safety and hygiene issue.
However, Peekaboo Patterns reserves the right to accept requests for returns/exchange at its discretion. For a product to be eligible for a return, the item must be in a saleable condition received in, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging along with the receipt and proof of purchase.
Soiled, used or damaged items will not be accepted. If we receive damaged returns, customer will not be credited.
To initiate a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. On acceptance of your return, you will be sent a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent to us without a return shipping label will not be accepted. Online order cannot be returned to the store without return authorization.
Return requests have to be sent within 48 hours of receipt of product.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and intimate you on if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please do check with your bank/credit card company if you haven’t received the refund with 7-14 business days.
